So in Nebraska their passing a new law where you can only "abandon children" which is like give you child up for adoption. But child is very unclear because it could mean younger than a teenager or could just mean younger than eighteen. So in the past couple of weeks in Nebraska there has been a flurry to literally abandon their children ranging from infants to eighteen year olds.
